Situated 1 street back from the Esplanade and walkway to Sellicks Beach, this cheerful beach house is an ideal holiday destination.

This home sleeps 6 adults in three lovely queen bedrooms plus 4 children in the outdoor bunk room, it has a cosy open plan living area, 1 bathroom and separate laundry.

The bedrooms are off a hallway that can be closed off so the kids can sleep while the adults play. Alternatively, put all the kids outside in the bunk room and close off the hall so Nana can sleep while you continue to drink wonderful McLaren Vale wine.

A fabulous decked area makes outdoor relaxation a most inviting prospect – or settle one of the deck chairs under the tree and go no further.

Ceiling fans, heating, and air conditioning are aimed at creating all-year-round comfort.

The gardens are beautiful, very french provincial, with herbs galore for your little botanists to smell their way around or watch the insects. There is a secret oasis where you can hide and read a quiet book or two.

Sellicks Beach is the southern end of the renowned McLaren Vale wine region – a perfect base for wine-tasting expeditions.

You are just a short stroll from the beautiful Sellicks Beach which offers steep cliffs that give way to a long expanse of white sand.

This part of the South Australian coastline is renowned for its plentiful fishing and you’ll find good boat launching facilities here. Sellicks is a fabulous beach for a spot of Paddle Boarding.

All bookings require a Security Bond, are subject to our terms and conditions and are not confirmed until approved by the owners. Staying for 7 days or more? Receive discounted rates and a bottle of our favourite wine!

LINEN: All beds have pillows, doonas, and mattress protectors. All beds require two sheets. Sheets can be provided upon request at $5 per bed.

CLEANING: The property is to be left in the state in which you found it. If this is not done additional cleaning fees will be required at your cost. There are cleaning products provided.

We do not charge extra during school holidays. We do not charge more for extra guests.

Excellent and Beautiful. We had two families staying at this property and there was plenty of room for everyone. With the children in the bunk room outside and the adults inside the main house, we still had a room to spare. The beach is a great spot for kids with plenty of rock pools and lots of beach to walk on. It also helped that there is one of the best restaurants in South Australia practically within walking distance. We loved our stay and will be booking it every year for Australia Day.

Absolutely AMAZING. Think  Mums and kids! The property was the perfect place to spend a weekend relaxing and catching up with old friends. The house is beautifully decorated, functional and heavenly. The bedrooms are good sizes and there was plenty of room for the kids to run around outside.  Although the shops were a short drive away, we felt total escape from everyday life. We are planning on returning in the near future!

Even in Winter it is beautiful in Sellicks. This was my first visit to Sellicks Beach and the beach is gorgeous with so much for the kids to do; the beach house is lovely, light and warm and really very inviting. The small touches the owners have put around the house make it feel more like a BnB than a holiday rental. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for me on the bench. There is so much to do in the Fleurieu and the owners gave us some great advice on places to visit.

Family Escape. I was looking for a relaxing weekend escape with my husband and two young children and I certainly found this at the Sellicks Beach House! The house was fresh, cozy and stylishly furnished…we kicked off our shoes and felt right at home.  We spent the day at the beach, wandering, daydreaming and enjoying the beautiful cliffs and idealic location.  The facilities were perfect, with a coffee machine, charming back garden and veranda with a BBQ.  I can’t wait to go back and check out the new fire pit!’
